Our first dog Melli, got puppies and we wanted one of those puppies.. just because it was a pup after Melli :) Moona came to us secondly dog  and we had not so much plans to her. Melli was Tommi's huntingdog during that thime and Moona was just a joggingfriend and a pet. Of course we trained obedience with Moona and visited shows couple of times. During that time we made a mistake and learned some "not so fun habits" to Moona and it have taken a while to strike those habits away.. you see, we have throwed sticks to this "grazy" swimmer and retriever. Well, what is more fun than a dog who just wants to retrieve and retrieve.

After Melli have gone we started to use also Moona to hunting and she worked pretty nicely, and if there was any birds - stick was just as great to her.. so soon we made a rule - Sticks throwing NO more. When there comes visitors to our hause, Moona will even now try if they maybe would throw something :) After Moona have forgot a bit of that habit, her huntig skills improved a lot, but it allways depended for the day how well she wanted to work - a bit like "do I want to do anyting today or wont I". Luckily she usually wanted, like she still do.

Moona loves swimming. She just swim and swim and swim ones more :) She also loves balls and retrieving out from the water. She is always so eager and speedy with that. But there is also other side of Moona :) She loves sleeping. She dont like early mornings and sometimes she just pass morning outings - you can go outside later on then.. and it is strange that as much as Moona loves water, she hates raining. She can go to the door and notice that - " oh, it is raining " - turns back and go to sleep. Anyway, Moona have been very easy to train cause she is so eager and she is also very quick learner.
